MiNa ArtTech Studio LLC (“MiNa ArtTech”, “the Studio”, “we”, “us”) is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Florida, United States. We are a hybrid atelier: IT and artificial-intelligence consulting on one side, painting, sculpture, digital art, commissions and workshops on the other.
For the purposes of this policy we are the data controller of the personal information described below — we decide why and how it is used.
This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through minaarttechstudio.com and any subdomain of it, through email and messages you send us, and in the ordinary course of providing our consulting and art services.
It does not cover third-party websites we link to — including Instagram, Behance and LinkedIn. Once you leave our site, the privacy policy of that platform applies, not ours.
Like every website, ours is delivered by a hosting provider that keeps technical server logs. These typically record your IP address, browser type and operating system, the pages requested, and the date and time of the request. We use them only to keep the site running and secure — not to build a profile of you.
We do not collect payment card numbers on this website, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive categories of data — health, biometrics, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, sexual orientation or precise geolocation. Please do not send them to us.
| Purpose | Legal basis (EU / UK GDPR) |
|---|---|
| Sending you launch and studio news you asked for | Your consent — withdrawable at any time |
| Answering your enquiry about a project or commission | Steps taken at your request before entering a contract |
| Delivering consulting, artwork or a workshop | Performance of our contract with you |
| Invoicing, tax and accounting records | Legal obligation |
| Keeping the site available, secure and free of abuse | Our legitimate interest in operating the Studio |
We do not use your personal information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you, and we do not use it to train artificial-intelligence models.
This site sets no cookies of its own. There is no analytics suite, no advertising pixel, no session tracker and no cross-site identifier. Beyond its own cache, your browser may store nothing at all after your visit.
If we ever introduce analytics or any other cookie that is not strictly necessary, we will publish it in this section and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent before it is set.
We keep the list deliberately short. Each of these providers processes data on our behalf, under contract, and only for the purpose named:
We may also share information with our accountants, lawyers or insurers where professionally necessary, and with a public authority where we are legally compelled to do so.
When we carry out IT or AI consulting work, we may be given access to systems, documents or datasets belonging to a client. In that situation we act as a data processor: we handle that information only on the client’s documented instructions, under the confidentiality and data-processing terms of our engagement contract, and we return or delete it when the engagement ends.
If you believe your personal information is held inside a client’s systems, please contact that organization directly — they are the controller, and we will support them in responding to you.
MiNa ArtTech Studio LLC does not sell, rent or trade personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising, as those terms are defined under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights, the California Consumer Privacy Act and comparable state laws. We have not done so in the preceding twelve months.
If the Studio is ever sold or merged, personal information may pass to the acquiring entity — in which case we will notify you before it is transferred, and this policy will continue to apply until you are told otherwise.
The site is served over encrypted HTTPS. Access to studio accounts is protected with strong, unique credentials and multi-factor authentication where the provider supports it, and personal information is available only to the people in the Studio who need it to do their work.
No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we do not promise otherwise. If a breach affects your personal information and creates a risk to you, we will notify you and the competent authority within the deadlines the applicable law sets.
Wherever you live, we will honour the following requests about the personal information we hold on you:
Write to rtrivino@minaarttechstudio.com. We reply within 30 days and may ask you to confirm your identity first. An authorized agent may act for you with written proof.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom you may also complain to your national data protection authority. If you are in Florida, you may contact the Florida Attorney General; in California, the California Privacy Protection Agency.
We operate from the United States, so if you write to us from outside it your information will be transferred to and stored in the United States, and possibly in other countries where our providers operate. Where we transfer personal information out of the EEA or the UK, we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism.
This site is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their information, write to us and we will delete it promptly. Workshops involving minors are arranged directly with a parent or guardian, who provides any consent required.
We may update this policy as the Studio and its site evolve. The effective date at the top always tells you which version you are reading, and material changes will be announced on this page — and, if the change affects you directly, by email.
Questions about this policy, or about anything we hold on you:
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions, and without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory laws of your own country of residence.
